Still very happy with my easy-fit, shiny natural feather embellished dress...
Paolo Sebastian's Australian fall/winter 2016 collection emerges from a dream or a fairy tale. With modernized vintage and some Tim Burton elements the Snow Queen and Swan Lake figures gain a contemporary look and reflect romance together with modern femininity like Kristen Stewart in the movie "Snow White and the Huntsman". The burgundy red of the gowns stains the snowy runway just like Amanda Seyfried's cape in "Red Riding Hood". The floral patterns, strongly reminding us of Dolce & Gabbana's latest creations, perhaps allude to traditional Russian tales of princesses such as Anastasia... And as the Northern hemisphere is preparing for SS16, the 25-year-old talented designer of the brand, Paul Vasileff, turns the world of haute couture upside down!

As she was stepping out of the dark polished four-seater, he gently held her hand to show her away from the muddy ponds on the ground and swiftly led her to the entrance, so as to protect her from the howling wind. That evening was a cold one, a clear sign that winter was at the doorstep. But when a gentleman is around, there is little to worry about. We politely held the venue door open for the charming couple that was right one step behind us and - we could tell from the sparks in their eyes - the minute the entrance curtains were drawn, they entered a sensational world of desire - quite likely for the very first time.

The minute I held my croco genuine leather Buti bag, it got under my skin! And since I finally found some spare time to put up a home photoshoot, I am going to let you see beyond its classic Hermes Birkin-like look.
The first glam rock style displays a perfect match with the real crocodile skin bracelet by Stamerra (click on the pictures to shop all featured accessories). It is harsh, tough, unconventional, yet stylish in an irresistible, edgy manner.
Whether you are or dream of being a loyal attendee of Milan’s annual Pitti Uomo or a front-seat admirer of the legendary Parisian Christian Dior catwalks, you are bound to like this:
A woman's secrets should be kept locked at all times, whereas her virtues should be revealed and - even more - intensified and accentuated. Andria Thomais' creations caress the female body closely or loosely enough to ensure that it remains mysterious and seductive at the same time. The graceful fashion designer, whom I had the pleasure to meet long ago in my hometown, plunges fashion lovers into a world of luxury and divinity.
It has always been her pursuit to bring out the best in a woman. And women have loved her for that for many years all over Greece, New York and Paris. Educated in the Ecole de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne, the Greek equivalent of Elie Saab knows how to handle delicate fabrics, while her exploratory spirit encourages her to innovate and reinvent herself each season. She has evolved immensely, since I witnessed her first successful steps in Thessaloniki and Athens. Her effortless imagination combined with her Greek influences and international background results into ethereal dresses with a luxurious silky feel. Yet, they are nothing like what we are used to see in the so-much-worn Cavalli, Gucci or Versace gowns. Andria lets the waist free in many of her creations, giving way to assumptions and creating a carefree, somewhat bohemian allusion to goddesses and spirits of nature. Her darker winter collections are not only elegant and sober, but also remind me of Chanel creations with a more contemporary and sometimes playful twist in the way she forms pleats and folds. Her wedding dresses are just out of this world. Now it's time for Belgian ladies to indulge, starting from Knokke!
When I heard the confident 'yes' coming from the lips of this young-spirited entrepreneur, who knows how to detect and seize a worthwhile opportunity, I could barely suppress my excitement. Along with La Greca Blog Statement items and NOË shoes and bags, as of July 2015, her prêt–à–porter summer 2015 and winter 2016 collections are available at 111 Kustlaan in Knokke at least until this November. You can also discover some of her previous collection pieces there, which I undoubtedly recommend, since classy is never out of date. I am certain the grand catwalk show on Nacht Van het Zoute will be merely the start of the new Belgian addiction to Greek haute couture...

A plain black and white entrance sign. How intriguing could such a simple combination be? But, as soon as this thought crossed my mind, a glimpse of a fairy tale bike painted completely in white, hanging from the second floor window of Jackie-Jane concept store/restaurant in Driehoeksplein Zoute, triggered my first step across the threshold.
And so, I entered a small world of absolute antitheses, of minimal but also flamboyant fashion items and an interesting mix of interior design and sculpting. Designers from all over Belgium allocated in different rooms of the villa composed a small fair - a concept already quite popular to Knokke standards. Yet, Nanouk De Cauwer Boelaert’s concept stood out in its own way.
My Facebook friends, although I did post it, indeed 'vintage' is not a feeling. But since language is a living organism which breathes and evolves alongside our own experiences, no one can claim that we, non-poets, cannot coin a term once in a while.
Admire Malle bags in a fresh breezy presentation! Having drawn my inspiration from Daria Zaytseva’s artistic photo shoots, I have assembled a series of collages to bring out the bohemian and carefree spirit of Malle bags. This summer you can be both sensual and practical. Who would have thought a woman can actually do both?
